The ELLC with APGM WBro Mo Asfa

Saturday the 30th of May was the date of the Quarterly Communication meeting at the Freemasons Hall, Great Queen Street London. The Capital was dyed blue with many Light Blues attending

More than 1600 members including Lady Masons, from every part of the country went to experience the joy of getting together in the Capital, meeting new Brethren, friends, and enjoying the adventure that Freemasonry brings.

Sine Lodge Nomine, n. 10000 was opened by Bro Luis Caicedo. After reading the Dispensation for the Emergency Meeting, the Worshipful Master received the Pro Gran Master, Jonathan Spence followed by all the Provincial Grand Masters.

This year we had a very different presentation from four different provinces, explaining the meaning of Freemasonry through the different Degrees, from the Enter Apprentice to the Royal Arch. Every presentation was presented and explained by a Light Blue (Brother below Provincial Rank), through their experience, their thoughts.

This year, the enthusiasm was vibrant and East Lancashire attended as always with a good number of members, led by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master WBro John Griffin, the Assistant Provincial Grand Masters W.Bros Paul O’Carrol, and Mo Asfa and a delegation from the East Lancashire Level Club (ELLC).

For a few members this was the first time at United Grand Lodge, so Bro Aaron Garner, Chairman of the ELLC, took the opportunity to create something special, something that the Brethren present, could hear with their own ears, a new episode of On the Level, the Podcast of the ELLC.

After the meeting everyone went for a light buffet where they had a chance to interact and meet new friends, sharing experience, ideas, and spend a nice Saturday afternoon together, before heading back home to their loved ones.
