The pandemic forced the closedown of all Masonic meetings in Manchester, however, once the restrictions were lifted Cornucopia Lodge, Number 4553 based at Manchester Hall opened their Masonic season in style by installing Bro. Darren Fletcher as its newest Worshipful Master.
Over fifty Masons from many different Provinces made the trip to Manchester Hall and they were treated to a special night of Manchester Masonic hospitality. On arrival, the Brethren were invited to a very special “Cognac Reception” provided by the incoming Master.
The Manchester Level Club, the club for new and young Masons, turned up in their numbers and presented WBro. Darren Fletcher with a special gift for all of his friendship.

The Installation ceremony was expertly delivered by WBro. Darren Kennedy, assisted by WBro. Roy Chapman. WBro. Darren Kennedy had performed all of Bro. Darren Fletcher’s ceremonies since he was first Initiated, so it was only fitting that he was involved in his Installation ceremony as well.

The Brethren enjoyed a fabulous social board during which a charity raffle and an Iauction were held raising a total of £500 for charitable causes.
