At the last meeting of Maccabee Lodge at Bridge in Manchester, a double initiation took place.
The WM Francesco Toto initiated Daniel McMillon and Gennaro Cannavacciuolo in front of a packed lodge room. Amongst the guests was APGM John Curry, who praised the workings within the lodge.
Bro Cannavacciuolo is a childhood friend of the WM, they grew up together in Italy and met again when they both moved to Manchester to follow their individual careers. Bro McMillon is a good friend of the Tyler Bro Stuart MacKenzie, they met when they worked together as ground staff for Jet2 at Manchester Airport.
Bro Toto stated that it was wonderful to be able to initiate close friends into freemasonry and give to the Lodge an Italian flavour.
